Great location and comfy beds! Super clean spot with comfy beds! The staff is really friendly, especially the ladies at breakfast who made our mornings fun. Just a heads up, the pool is tiny and there’s not much to walk to nearby. We ended up driving or using Uber to get to Broadway, but it wasn’t a hassle.

The pool area is heated too.

The bed was so comfortable that it felt like a cloud. the noise from doors slamming and the interstate was disruptive. Service was hit or miss; some staff were friendly and helpful, while others seemed unprofessional. Housekeeping missed the mark—it felt more like an afterthought than a priority. The pool area was inviting, but the temp was chilly. Good breakfast, decent location, and a fair price made it worthwhile, but managing expectations around service and cleanliness is key.

It had marvellous location close enough to the convenience store located next to the front desk, downtown and Broadway. Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to leave, I would absolutely stay here again...

Incredible location. Easy access to downtown attractions. Staff can be hit or miss. Check-in was slow and chaotic. The front desk clerk was unkempt and unfriendly, which dampened spirits. Room size and accommodations were adequate. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. the stained ottoman was a glaring oversight. Breakfast options were good, and the staff in the breakfast area were delightful. Late-night dining options nearby were convenient and reasonably priced. Some logistical issues need addressing — like timely towel service. A solid option, but service standards must elevate to match the pricing. Make it a point to excel, because that’s what sets a hotel apart.

The lighting in the bathrooms barely worked, and I found a condom wrapper in the nightstand. it felt really unclean and neglected, which was frustrating.
